Edward getting up and ready

Recount with a difference- WALT sequence ideas and avoid repetition

Eyes to wall,

clothes to body,

hands to remote,

ears to cartoons ( only Looney Toons ),

feet to kitchen,

eggs to pan,

breakfast to mouth,

food to lunch box,

lunch to bag,

shoes to feet ( no socks ),

self to car,

feet to bus,

transport to school ( not always fun ).

The past week I have been focusing on making ten in Addition.

Addition - Making to 10 Strategy.

We are learning to Add using the Making to 10 strategy.

He bought another 53 fish.

How many goldfish were there altogether?

139+1 = 140; 140+50 = 190; 190+2 = 192.

Create

Complete the number problems by using the ‘Making to 10 Strategy’.

Show your working.

Choose one of the  activities and present your learning on a Screencastify presentation.
